Shipping & Returns

Shipping

If you are customer in the contiguous USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), your order will be shipped via UPS Ground delivery or USPS Priority Mail, depending on which is more economical. UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes, so please be sure to provide us with your proper street address and zip code.

Please note that once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to your order or change any shipping information. If you decide that you want to add or delete an item to your order after your order has been submitted, we will need you to cancel that order and place a new, revised order. If you change your mind about where you would like to have your goods delivered, after your order has been processed, and you make special arrangements with UPS to ship to a different address, UPS will charge an address correction fee for this service. Any address changes made by you, after your order has been shipped, will result in a $5.00 charge made to your credit card account. It is best to work out your delivery details before placing your order to avoid this additional charge.

Our delivery charges for orders shipped within the contiguous USA are as follows:

Up to $8: $6.95; 
$8.01 to $25: $8.75; 
$25.01 to $45: $9.25; 
$45.01 to $60: $9.75; 
Over $60: $11.95;

Over $100: Free Shipping!

 

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territory or FPO, your order will be shipped US Priority Mail and your shipping charge is the actual insured Priority Mail cost, based upon the weight of the goods being shipped, plus $7.00 for handling.

 

For our customers in Canada: Shipping is expensive there! We are trying to make this as reasonable as possible, but here is the best we can do. Please note that if you are from Canada, you will receive a FREE gift of fine quality in each order to thank you and try to make up for the higher shipping expense!

Conditions of Use

Returns Policy 
We want you to love our products as much as our other customers do! Because of the organic nature of our products, and the fact that we cannot re-sell a purchased item, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives to you damaged or defective, please let us know in our "comment" area and we will happily replace it.

We pack our products very carefully, but shipping can sometimes be a rough process. If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours and save ALL of your shipping materials. UPS or USPS will need it for inspection purposes and damage assessment. If your product was sent in error or incorrect please call us or email us for a return authorization number.

For sanitary reasons and due to the handmade nature of our products and FDA requirements, we cannot accept products for a return. All of our ingredients are listed on our website in each and every product so customers can avoid possible sensitivies that they are away of. Please read our ingredients before purchasing.

For Returns refer to below information:
Damaged item returns: Save all packaging materials so you can present all of the damaged materials to the shipper within 24 hours to ensure that your claim is processed. We ask that you please contact us via email (caryn@thecreeksidecreations.com) so we can follow up with the shipper in order to assist with the claim. All items must be returned to us via USPS with receipt.

Items missing or Incorrect - Please contact us by email us for a return authorization number within 2 business days from receipt of your package. Do not open any products you received in error.
